My physical therapist suggested this, for me to massage various places in my back where I cannot reach. Works great! even my therapist uses this.

I had a friend that had one of these for years. I was always using it when I went to their house, so finally decided to get one for my own. It's great for getting rid of the sharp shoulder knots I experience when looking at a computer screen for an extended time. I keep it by my desk. These knots simply burn and sear, and this knobber helps dissipate those pains most effectively. I bought extras for the old men in the family 60/70 years of age, and they rave about them...and they're crotchity old men! So it's hard for them to admit when something actually works...but they love this thing. 10/10 would recommend!

Great product. Just make sure to save the manual to better understand the use of the product. Otherwise you won't achieve its full benefits as advertised. Only thing that is an issue would be limited color choice. Otherwise great product
