Put in a glass jar with coconut oil, kala namak, hing, amp; a bit of ghost pepper. Shake it up amp; the magic happens - for me, anyway! Yes, they are a bit 'damp' (if that bothers you), but that makes it easier for everything to stick. They are not soggy! Love them!

I'm so happy to have found these! I think eating roasted chestnuts is like biting into a slimy bug and totally disgusting. BUT, chestnut soup is a gift from God. If I had to pick a final meal, it would be an Austrian chestnut soup. Forget snacking on the mealy, slimy things...make SOUP!
