The TOGGLER® SnapSkru® anchors are the most technologically advanced self-drilling drywall anchor ever and outhold the competition by 80%! Simply screw the SnapSkru anchor into drywall with a #2 Phillips screw driver until flush, insert and tighten screw until you hear a "pop", and you're done! The built-in "positive stop" resists over-drilling, and the unique locking action resists shock as well as vibration. A SnapSkru anchor won't destroy drywall either removing the screw leaves the anchor in the wall for future use. SnapSkru anchors work with gypsum board, drywall, and wallboard.
The SP SnapSkru anchors are designed to work with #6, #8, and #10 screws with a minimum thread length of 1-1/4" plus the thickness of the item being anchored. Ultimate tensile load is rated at 57 lbs. for 3/8" drywall, 79 lbs. for 1/2" drywall, and 135 lbs. for 5/8" drywall. Ultimate shear load is rated at 108 lbs. for 3/8" drywall, 149 lbs. for 1/2" drywall, and 178 lbs. for 5/8" drywall. Industry safety standards recommend 1/4 of the ultimate load per anchor. SP SnapSkru anchors feature a head diameter of 0.6" (16 mm). Package includes 50 SP SnapSkru anchors and 50 #8 x 1-1/2" combo head screws.
