Simple to use compact design. You can turn it up very loud if needed. Only real complaint is that the battery life is short. Be sure to turn. It off when not in use.

My grandmother could not hear anyone after she lost her hearing aids, and could not afford more. We got this hearing gadget and as long as she pushed the headphones to her ears, she could hear us ok. That was not ideal for her, so we purchased a better headphone set and that helped her. The amplifier works good.

These work very well but some feedback does occur at times. You need to be careful as the wires are thin and you need to take care not to pull or get caught. Purchased as a replacement for my brother who is hard if hearing and post stroke. Ear covers wore out quick from sweating and bed friction.
