Mission: Through our Trap-Neuter-Return/Place (TNR/P), Adoption, Cat and Kitten Fostering, and Humane Education programs, we are able to improve the lives of both the cats and people of the Dutchess County area of the Hudson Valley, New York.

Results: We have facilitated the spay/neuter of over 4700 cats. Worked in partnership with Will Spay Pets, Inc, T. A. R. A. , Inc and the Town of Fishkill to start Dutchess County's first spay/neuter program to help struggling families take care of their pets.

Target demographics: community cats and the people that care for them.

Direct beneficiaries per year: 948 cats, 500 pet parents and 46 colony caretakers
