Mission: Our Mission: Bringing graduates with special needs together with peer mentors and community partners to develop career skills and networking opportunities through member-driven, project-based interactive experiences that create and sustain inclusive opportunities in the community.

Target demographics: young adults with disabilities

Direct beneficiaries per year: 20 adults with special needs between ages 18-30, Woman's Club, Flemington Community Partnership, Red Vanilla, Borough of Flemington offices

Geographic areas served: Flemington, NJ

Programs: career support, service opportunities, and community connections - providing help and support for the first years after high school.
