The durable rail has a 3 pound weight capacity. Or collapse the rail to allow the user to safely and easily out of bed. It's easy to do, just release the 2 round knobs from their locked position in order for the rail to fold completely to the side of your bed. Make sure there is at least 1" of clearance between the floor and the top of your box spring before collapsing. This also makes it easy to change the bed sheets.
