Cyfrin Barefoot has lead an interesting life. Her childhood was rooted in deep poverty in the Detroit ghetto. As an adult, she raised six children and found an avocation of fighting for food justice. She made her living as an organic farmer for seven years, and later founded a non-profit that established and ran a 32-acre organic farm. Spurred by memories of childhood hunger and informed by years of farming, Cyfrin's creative instincts came together in the creation of the Free Farms project. Since 2012 she has been working to bring this dream to fruition. She obtained a business degree and then created Savor Tooth Paleo, a gluten-free and paleo bakery. As company profits grow, money will be funneled into the acquisition and development of land in impoverished neighborhoods, as well as funding ongoing food production. The fresh organic food produced on these Free Farms will be available to area residents for free. The future is bright for Cyfrin's audacious idea.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon (130g) very warm water, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and the contents of this package in a medium mixing bowl, then beat on high for two minutes.
- Liberally oil a pizza pan, then place the 12" circle of parchment paper (included) on the oiled surface - the oil will help hold the parchment paper in place.
- Using a rubber spatula, scrape sticky dough onto center of the parchment paper and spread evenly all the way to the edge.
- Let rise in a warm place for 20 - 30 minutes.
- Bake crust 15 minutes or until slight browning occurs on the edge.
- Let crust cool 10 minutes, then cover with your favorite toppings. Then bake at 350F till the toppings are done and the cheese is melty and starting to brown.

We've gotten the pre-made crust and decided to try this out. Very sticky, and it was missing the parchment circles, but I had other parchment paper, and we could make it fit the size of our pan that way. The taste was great! It stayed more moist and soft than buying the frozen crust, and tasted fantastic. Like a nice thin crust. The kids were all happy and I really like the convenience.
