I mounted this on a bathroom door in my facility back in November. Some of the internal components broke already resulting in someone getting locked in the bathroom.

The metal quality is reasonably Ok. You will be able to get good use of those locks. The warranty works for the sake of customers, and I should say that the Company's Customer Service was outstanding, and broken locks were replaced under warranty.
