The wood finish is attractive, and the glide is smooth, but installation was tricky, and the bins feel cramped. For the price, I expected better durability.

This unit was replacing a worn-out top side mounted system. Bottom slides are far superior. As other reviews pointed out, the mounting template is inaccurate and the instructions were lacking. Unfortunately I did not follow their advice and had to reinstall the unit back 3/4" from the front edge. The screws are very cheap and easily strip. I replaced all with higher quality self-drilling construction screws. It made the second install go much quicker. The door flanges come pre-installed with the flanges facing inward. Flange would not reach the door frame even with the spacers. However, I reversed the flanges, facing outward, and it worked perfect for my application. Despite the inaccurate template and poor instructions, this is a high quality system with a great wood box and heavy duty self closing slides. Much better than cheap alternatives, highly recommend.

We have now been using this for about 6 months and very happy with the quality of the slides and the space of the two trash cans. It worked well with mounting our door panel to match the rest of the cabinets. Definitely a good product
