Mission: Project GOAL, Inc mission is to facilitate the development of Rhode Island's Disadvantaged Youth through after school tutoring and soccer related programs. Our goal is to create a nurturing after school environment by providing tutoring, educational opportunity information, coaching, and safe facilities for the children involved.
