Nice solution for adding coconut flavor (and nutritional values) to anything. I like only natural ingredients are used  actually, organic coconut flakes is listed as the only ingredient. We have tried it for baking and adding to smoothies, and it gives a good hint of coconut flavor to the food, though I feel it lacks adding coconut aroma. Good and convenient resealable bag. Flakes look and taste fresh. It is also good for adding to ice cream.

I used the coconut flakes for a sweet condensed milk dessert and honesly i didnt get much coconut flavor. When they meant unsweetened they really mean ... probably the process of drying the flakes removed a bit of the natural sweet flavor and the coconut flavor as well ... For the texture is good but seems too healthy for me

Love this shredded coconut! Great for baking, over yogurt or oatmeal, or even eating straight out of the bag like I'm known to do sometimes. Fresh and organic, and not too pricey either.

This bag arrived well sealed. Opening it up there was a nice fragrance of coconut. I used 1 1/3 cups of this to make some coconut cookies and the coconut had a good flavor that make the cookies chewy and added extra nutrition to them. I like that these are unsweetened so I can use them in more things. I can always add my own sugar if needed.

These coconut flakes are as good as I expected. They're not sweetened so it can be used in various different foods. The flakes aren't super dry and feels a little meaty. More like dehydrated instead of just dry. I like to have mine with cereal, yogurt, and ice cream. Each one doesn't require any extra sugar added.

I used these Fiesta Tropical Unsweetened Coconut Flakes to make a double batch of coconut chocolate chip cookies, and they were so delicious! These shreds are larger and more substantial than the coconut shreds I typically use in baking and cooking. My husband particularly enjoyed this size and extra texture! I also enjoy them and noticed right away how lovely and fresh they smelled from first opening the bag, and again once they were baked!

Well-dried, shredded coconut in a resealable package. I like having some unsweetened coconut around for snacks and adding to recipes, instead of just the usual sweetened coconut shreds. Sometimes dried coconut can be a bit bland, but the Fiesta Tropical unsweetened shredded coconut has a lot of flavor. I couldn't find a date of any kind anywhere on this bag; I wonder if there was a batch that didn't get stamped/printed? At about $11/8oz (when I got it) this is above average price-wise.
