Mission: The mission of Paw Warriors is to mitigate the overpopulation and suffering of feral and stray cats by providing medical assistance to disabled cats and neutering of all cats; to provide a safe, secure environment for permanent residents and those awaiting adoption; to assist homeless and low-income people with pet medical expenses to insure that a pet is not surrendered or abandoned; and to educate the public about the merits of Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Return for feral cat population control and about the responsibilities of pet ownership. Program Services:¬Twenty-four-hour rescue service, seven days a week. ¬TNVR of free-roaming cats routinely and by public request. ¬Medical assistance to low-income families, enabling them to keep their cats in their homes. ¬Socialization of feral kittens and stray cats in preparation for adoption into loving homes. ¬Educational presentations to various groups about the plight of free-roaming cats and the responsibilities of pet ownership.
Results: Paw Warriors has rescued hundreds of injured and needy cats just in the Hernando/Pasco Counties as of now. They will continue to do what they can to help these needy animals in the future. It takes a village, including everyone to help in all the various situations and needs.
