Keep track of your DIY project's battery pack condition with this panel mount, backlit LCD battery meter. The tester works with Lead Acid or Li-Ion batteries from 12 to 48 VDC.

Panel Mount LCD Backlit Digital Battery Test Meter
Many internal rechargeable battery packs have one external LED light which changes color when the battery pack needs to be recharged. Frustration sets in when you think the battery has a good charge, but fails when you need it. This battery test panel displays five LCD segments and a numerical percentage showing how much battery life is left. This enables you to recharge the battery before it reaches a stage that could damage the battery or unexpectedly lose power when needed. The display and the blue backlight stay on continuously unless you add a NO push button switch. Easily flush mount the battery tester/meter in a 2" x 13/16" hole.

Battery selection instructions:
1. Disconnect tester from battery pack or battery
2. Hold rear button down while reapplying battery
3. Release the button and the screen will display two characters, first one for number of batteries, and the other for type of battery. "P" is for lead-acid and "C" is for 3.7V Li-ion. The only combinations available are listed below.
4. Repeatedly press the button until one of the selections below match your requirement.
5. Disconnect power and reattach battery pack for continuous testing. Install a N.O. push button switch to the positive side for momentary testing.
