I recently upgraded my 5.1 home theater speaker system. The new subwoofer was wireless so it was required for me to connect the transmitter into my AV receiver. The transmitter had a male RCA plug which needed to be plugged in, but my receiver did not have a female RCA plug. After finding this product, the transmitter is working perfectly with my AV receiver and my subwoofer is connected as normal.Great product!

You wanna know what happened to me? Well I'll tell you anyway. I got me some Douk Q100 2.1 Speaker amplifiers for my prehistoric but Bose speakers (popular, dahlings, in the pre-cambrian era; ask any pterodactyl); a bunch of bluetooth transmitter/receivers; some rca cables with GOLD PLATED 3.5 mm jacks so I could feel Real Uptown, and started putting all this crap together. Then I got to the amplifier, which -- just as it had before I started all this -- has eight binding posts for bare wire.So I had to go back and find these, which, when added to all the above, manages to get the sound from the components to go to the transmitter and across the dining room table to the amplifiers and out of the speakers. For the Technically Minded ... COPPER is RED or POSITIVE; SILVER is BLACK or NEGATIVE. Remember that when you get to YOUR binding posts, lads.
