My daughter has celiac, so I had to find a way to making dressing taste normal. This is it!!! This is the only GF cornbread mix I have found with NO SUGAR! I use to make regular and GF dressing at Thanksgiving, now I only make GF for everyone...taste great!

My granddaughter is 8 she loves cornbread but not the glue tin, I am diabetic and white flour is not good, so we both loved it, tasted wonderful , will buy again

Main takeaway here is that it isn't pre-loaded with sugar. Obviously, you can add sugar but you can't remove it it if it is in the mix. Flavor and crumb both excellent. I cooked the bread a bit longer than on the box until the top was golden brown. Yummy!

So many products lately which have for years advertised themselves as certified gluten free can no longer make that claim. The packaging on this corn bread, which is amazingly delicious by the way, has changed in more than a cosmetic way. It now states MANUFACTURED ON EQUIPMENT THAT PROCESSES TREE NUTS, COCONUT, WHEAT, EGGS, SOY AND MILK. Sorry, but that means if you have to have product with absolutely no change of gluten contamination, this doesn't fit the bill any longer. This was my go to corn bread for years, it is the best. Sadly, can no longer take the chance and eat it.

This flexible mix can be used in a variety of ways. It is quick and easy to prepare, and you can have fresh, homemade(ish) cornbread or muffins in a short time.The package directions call for sugar, however being from the South, I find sweet cornbread appalling. So I simply leave out the sugar and get authentic southern cornbread without any other alterations to the recipe.This is a convenient, organic, Non-GMO mix for quick cornbread or muffins.
