Let’s Go organtic tapioca is delicious, smooth and custard like , better than ice cream if made correctly. I also use it as a thickener with my regular tapioca. (Kraft minute tapioca, excellent as well)Stay away from other brands. Enjoy, great warm or cold. Gives a good feeling in the tummy too.

My third batch is the best so far. I use coconut milk powder and will eventually add some flavors: cinnamon or raspberry. I will buy this again.

Smooth and Creamy. If you don't want to use Coconut Milk as per the recipe on the box here is the recipe I have used for years.1 beaten eggs2 3/4 cups milk3 heaping tablespoons of tapioca4 packets of Stevia or sugar to taste1/4 tsp salt (can be omitted if you wish)Mix together and let sit for 5 minutes. In a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. I use a metal whisk to stir instead of a spoon. Don't cook on high heat as it will scorch on the bottom of the pan. I used a 6 setting on my glass stove top range. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla and stir well. I sprinkle some chocolate chips in the bottom of the bowl, fill it with pudding and then sprinkle some more chips on the top.We always like our Tapioca budding warm so we fill two cereal bowls with pudding and let them cool for 30 minutes. Some may like it cold in which case you can refrigerate but we have never tried it this way. This recipe is for two people.
