Used these in a backpacking trip along with some bacon bits to have bacon and eggs on the trail. Only complaint is that one package wasn't really enough for two hungry people.

Perfect for making eggnog! You don't have to wait for the booze to kill the bacteria when you use these eggs. You can make it, and drink.

These are the closest to fresh eggs that I have found. When mixed properly, they are nearly indiscernible from scrambled fresh eggs. The taste is right on. Great for emergency stores. I just wish they were less expensive.

Trying to keep fresh eggs for the occasional recipes that I bake is DIFFICULT! These OvaEasy egg crystals save me the trouble! I don't eat eggs, so I don't keep them in my refrigerator. OvaEasy makes life so much more rewarding and enjoyable!

We loved this, my wife and I got about two meals out of one package while backpacking. Super easy to just pour boiling water into and mix. We added ours to some dried hash browns, chopped up some summer sausage, added some packages of salsa, a little seasoning, and threw it onto a breakfast taco. By far the best back country breakfast I have ever had.
