I ordered this single before ordering the larger set to determine if it was worth purchasing. After receiving and using a couple times it is time to post my findings. Pros, Heavy gage Full tang Solid wood handle Nice, beveled edges Cons Two of the three rivets that hold the wood handles in place loose, so spatula rattled. But a hammer and 1/4" diameter punch quickly remedied that issue. Would have given 5 stars if not for the loose wood panels. Plan to order the larger set soon.
