If I'd bought this sooner I would not have been so lazy some years about making jams, Jellies, syrups and such. This is an absolute MUST for people who want a quick, easy way to extract juice. SO simple - this system has been around forever and I am sure glad I found about about it before I got too ancient!!!

I am very pleased with the quality of the pans and the well attached, large handles. I didn't think having the spout a bit higher would be a big deal, but when draining extremely hot juice and having to tip the whole pan, along with the top pan filled with fruit, it becomes a big issue. Also, I had to have my husband put clamps on the tubing because it wasn't tight AT ALL. I had zero confidence the tubing would stay on. I was afraid of having juice go everywhere. The tubing is silicone, I think, so it's slippery. It came on and off that spigot waaaay to easily. Add to that I'm having to tip the pan to get the juice. Scary. I bought this with the intention of it lasting a lifetime. These little things become big things when you use it a lot.
