I used these capacitors to fix a led light that had failed 15uf caps. the new capacitors worked for me, however after the fix I noticed that the bag was labeled 15uf but contained 10uf capacitors. luckily for me the 10uf caps worked. just be aware of the the package labeling.

In case you don't know, these are bottom-of-the-barrel caps. Mine all tested low, but barely within spec. They got me through a short-term repair, but when my desired caps arrived I swapped them out immediately. I suggest you do the same.

I refurbish old antique radios and these work perfectly to replace the old tubular electrolytic caps.

I received 21 15uf 250v hyncdz electrolytic capacitors. I tested all of them on a modern ESR tester that is purple in color. The lowest value of the capacitors measured 12.08uf, the highest at 13.44uf. lowest esr 1.31 ohms, highest 1.93 ohms, average 1.656 ohms. I then selected 2 capacitors at random and tested them on a vintage capacitor tester. both measured 17uf and did not show any leakage up to 225vdc I did not test them past 225v. all capacitors tested within specs. dimensions listed are accurate.
