DEFECTIVE UPON OPENING. TOOK OUT OF BOX, PUT ON CHARGED BATTERY (WHICH WORKS ON ANOTHER TOOL) AND DOESNT EVEN MOVE. CLOSEST SERVICE CENTER IS 0VER 100 MILES PER MILWAUKEE. NO MORE MILWAUKEE CRAP FOR ME.

Awesome saw! This thing performs well and with a bigger battery it works great for what it is. This will not replace your gas saw for all day jobs, but for cutting up one tree, clearing atv/hiking trails, limbing, or quick jobs where you do not want to fire up the gas saw this is it. Just a word of caution, you will need one of the bigger batteries. Due to this tool requiring such a power demand you can shorten the life of your 5.0 batteries.

Extra handy and easy to use. This my go to chainsaw. I own a gas one but will grab this one first. It performs well and is easy to maintain.

this thing is great...only downside is that the cheap knock off batteries can not keep up with the amp draw....literally made the battery smoke. buy the genuine Milwaukee batteries only for this tool
