Mission: MENAC is positioned and purposefully created for the mental growth, educational expansion, and societal awareness of every child, teenager, and young adult between the ages of 10 to 21 years old that lives in an underdeveloped neighborhood and community. MENAC is a Christian organization formed to serve young men, women, and families in every neighborhood and community. MENAC is a non-profit 501(c)(3) that will foster fruitful relationships to yield positive collaborations with business owners, police departments, community leaders, local schools, and elected officials. This approach will empower us to inspire healing and influence reconciliation between minorities and law enforcement agencies.

Results: MENAC INC has served numerous families in the Onslow County area of North Carolina by providing mentorship for non-military and military, tutoring, goal-setting, job training skills, job placement, and financial literacy. Our mentors are also skilled to teach conflict resolution, coping skills, and mediation. Closing gaps that may exist in single parent homes where only the mother is present. Teaching youth and young adults to respect their parents and every one they come in contact with in their communities.

Target demographics: Youth and Young Adults, specifically at-risk youth.

Direct beneficiaries per year: Over 50 students assigned at an alternative school grades 6-12.

Geographic areas served: The Onslow County area of North Carolina.

Programs: Mentorship, Tutoring, Goal-setting, Conflict resolution, Financial literacy, Job training skills, and Job placement.
