Had a limited shopping budget for this Azure order and decided to try the Eco-Farmed over organic. Glad I did. This rice is fresh - that is, has not been sitting on the shelf for so long that it is overly dry. As most of us do, I checked for little pebbles and vegetation within the rice - none! A beautiful rice that cooks up well with a wonderful, slightly nutty aroma and then fluffs up nicely.

Directions


Combine 1 cup rice, 2 cup water, and 3 tsp butter (optional) in a pot and bring to a boil. Cover with a tight-fitting lid, reduce heat to low-simmer for 50 min.
