Programs: Kindred World has supported families exploring and pioneering emerging, holistic models of wellness for a quarter century. We have been featured in the Attached Family Magazine and have won the Top-Rated Nonprofit Award from Greatnonprofits since 2014.Our board members are recognized thoughts leaders, nonprofit initiative founders, and authors who have dedicated their lives to supporting family wellness. Because there are so many needed family wellness programs in the United States, Kindred World sponsors the creation of uniquely empowering initiatives to meet these needs. Some of our initiatives include:Kindred, an alternative media and educational project whose mission is to “Share the New Story of Childhood, Parenthood and the Human Family. ” This educational media outlet helps parents and professinoals understand the language, concepts and science behind family wellness. The Evolved Nest Initiative supports the award-winning work of Darcia Narvaez in revealing how we can Restore Human Nature by supporting biological imperatives in early life. www.
