This has a very large lower lumbar support that I can't imagine anyone being able to comfortably use. It doesn't taper up well and leaves you with no support anywhere else.in fact actually causes pain in the neck amp; shoulders.it's hard as a rock with no give. I wish I could give it away, but I love humanity too much. Was such a waste of money.

This works for support. The issue is that if you have a chairs where you cannot set the length of the seat then once you apply this cushion you lose half he sitting area. Its relative cool and the straps hold I in place. I find myself constantly repositioning on the chair as I am about to fall off.

The Lumbar Support Pillow is not as long as it appears. This was purchased for a tall person and so now we will need to get an adjustment to lift the pillow to correctly aline with the spine
