I suffer of back pain which is aggravated by riding in a car. The back lumbar support helps to reduce the pain to a great degree.

I BOUGHT THIS FOR A LITTLE EXTRA CUSHION FOR MY CAR SEAT. WAS NOT LOOKING FOR A MEMORY LUMBAR . HAVE A NEW CAR AND THE SEATS HAVE ZERO CUSHION. PLUS I TAKE VERY LONG ROAD TRIPS AND THIS HELPS ALOT.

the seats in my 2019 GTI are very bolstered yet give little lower back support. This pad fits perfectly in the seat and fills in the middle. I can now drive without pain!

I wanted to leave this review for anyone having pain from driving a Mini Cooper or a small car that has bolster type seats or bucket type seats. It a nutshell the sides of my car seat hug me in and it was a little challenging finding the right lumbar pillow and support in general. My neck and mid-back were killing me with no support (I suffer from this pain in general so not the cars' fault). Anyway, this pillow was absolutely perfect! I am very pleased with the fit (perfectly narrow fit), the straps are easy to use but it stays put even without using the straps. My back and neck feel so much better, thank you for this great product! So nice to drive my new car and enjoy it!
