Added oil, an air fitting, put it in my tool box and threw away packaging. Used it 2 times and it stopped working. Could not exchange because I threw away packaging. 0 Just get a quality air hammer off of the tool truck. They don't need the packaging to replace the tool.

The air hammer is a very useful tool to have in the tool box... I watched ttc comparison video he did with the snapon and the 119max I think and this one almost has the same beans as the snapon a lower price as good of a trigger and when it needs to work it does that and then some... I did a balljoint on a lower control arm on a 15 dodge 1500 and with a big BFH and a little airhammering in combination with a balljoint press this saved a good bit of beating and smashing over all... I starting the balljoint with a BFH to see how stuck it was and once I seen it moving I pulled this animal out and within 30sec or a little less it was on the floor... also somtimes I use this on exhaust too... somtimes the nuts are just too rotten to get a socket or extractor on them so heat the nuts and give them a rattle with this and with the feather trigger you can kind of tapper into it... I've also done some leaf spring hanger brackets too with a little torch work and then putting a punch attachment bit and a chisle bit into the gun it takes a lot of beating with a normal hammer and cold chisle out of the job... I also bought the OTC nuts that you put on to tierod ends and such and this here with that combination works nice on aluminum knuckles like the audi or vw use so over all a nice tool to have just make sure you have a weeks pay in the bank... want quality spend the coin and forget about it

Great hitting air hammer, and comfortable.I used it primarily on cold winter days(-10f) to chip off frozen material or built up ice on a very big construction spread in Alaska during winter time.Time was of the essence as was hitting power.

2 weeks trying to get center link out of pitman arm - pickle fork - useless - broke 6 tie rod separators with no luck. Next step was to remove steering box but decided to try this air gun with pickle fork attachment. Within 3 minutes center link dropped out. Excellent tool which I intend to use on other repairs. worth money

I ordered the update air hammer and you can not feather it and it is all or none on the hammering. I going to try a different brand. I've used Ingersoll for over 20 years but now I've got to try different brand being these aren't lasting but a few months instead of years. I wouldn't recommend the updated one

This was pleasant surprise how much power this had compared to no name air hammers. I haven't had any issues removing seized hubs from knuckle and ball joints. Highly recommend this tool.
