Mission: Home for Good Dog Rescue (HFGDR) is a 100% foster-based rescue located in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. We rescue puppies and dogs who are facing euthanasia. At HFGDR, we seek the best treatment for our animals by providing foster care, medical care, training, support and hope. Some require surgery from a specialist to repair broken limbs, while others may need additional rehabilitation time and specific medical care for respiratory illnesses, skin infections, heartworm treatments, and emergency surgeries. Through our foster program, each puppy and dog that we rescue is able to experience life with a family in a home. We have a network of fifty families who help to care for the dogs and start them on their training. Through our foster program and adoption services, these loving animals are given a chance at a happy and fulfilled life.
