It's function is to protect, and it does that. The fit is great, and hs extra room. It goes under sheets, so the color doesn't matter. I think the value is there. It usually takes a few leaks to see if it actually keeps up It's protection after washes amp; dries. I usually replace mine every year, because they slowly lose the absorption. We'll see about this one.

This is soft and cozy, doesn't slip around or crinkle, and doesn't radiate my body heat back to me. I love having protection on my mattress that doesn't make me all sweaty.

My daughter didn't like our old mattress protector because it made crinkle sounds but this one is silent and feels like a sheet or thin topper. It's light and easy to handle, so far it's been a decent upgrade.
