Mission: To improve the lives of people with cognitive, physical and emotional disabilities through the benefits of therapeutic horseback riding and other equine assisted activities, while serving the therapeutic riding profession through training and education.

Programs: 1.Over the course of the year, high hopes served 1,538 people; held 8,579 equine assisted activities and therapy sessions; utilized 30,500 volunteer hours and provided scholarships to 50% of our riders. 2.Therapeutic horsemanship lessons - high hopes ridership level remains consistent with an increasing demand. At least half of our therapeutic horsemanship participants received a scholarship; even with the increase in demand high hopes continues to be able to provide this necessary financial assistance. 3.High hopes continued to provide program services at camp harkness in waterford, providing our therapeutic horsemanship services to an in-demand demographic. 353 service lessons were provided during the summer with therapeutic lessons, driving lessons and the equine learning program. 4.High hopes continues to provide its necessary services to participants regardless of age or disability, including but not limited to our horse sense, veterans and summer camp programs. All programs provide scholarships of up to 100%.
