Mission: Have Dreams was founded in 1996. The organization's mission is to help individuals with autism learn, function independently and socialize so that they may realize their full potential and develop into contributing members of their communities. We offer a continuum of programming across the life span, beginning with social skills programs for children and teens, prevocational programs, and life skills and workforce training programs for adults. Many families refer to Have Dreams as a "haven of hope". The support and services we offer help to alleviate the social isolation often experienced by individuals with autism. Have Dreams utilizes best practices and evidence-based methodology to implement all programming. Our staff is highly trained in these methods.
