I got this chess set as a gift for someone and they seemed to really like it! For the price, I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy, but it’s a solid set. The pieces are lightweight but still sturdy enough, and the board folds up nicely for storage, which is a plus. They've been using it regularly, so that’s a good sign. If you’re looking for an affordable chess set that’s perfect for casual games, this one gets the job done.

This review is for Premium Chess Set (Walnut), not the other ones: Pros: - very good quality of the board and pieces. Board wood is much nicer than the pine version - chess pieces are larger than other similar 15" sets. Pawn diameter is 13/16" (on the right) - chess pieces are very stable and don't tip over - knight design is very nice compared to pine version Cons: - by design the legs are only on one side of the board, so the board does not stay flat on the desk (see pictures). Requires some DIY solution to make it flat
