Mission: It is handi-wheels' mission to provide a safe, reliable means of accessible and affordable transportation service to individuals who have a disability, persons who are elderly, and individuals who live within the limits of a poverty income. Handi-wheels embraces and is fully committed to the observances of human and disability rights. As such, handi-wheels is dedicated to the rights of its patrons to a transportation service of the highest quality.

Programs: In 2014, we provided 11,400 rides to physically, visually, and/or developmentally disabled persons and aides. This number also includes rides provided to senior citizens, low income, refugees, church fares, and medical related rides.
