I am looking forward to using Anthony's organic oat flour, ordered the 4 lb bag. However, the best by date is only 3 months away. Would have liked to receive a fresher bag?!

I liked that there are no strange tastes in this flour, it's just oat flour eithout additives. I made some banana bread that turned out fantastic! Also some buttermilk biscuits. I highly recommend this flour.

I had meant to buy something else, and had even added it to my ingredients before I realized it. However, I'm glad I screwed up, because I love this oat flour! It is so much nicer than buzzing rolled oats. It is a finer powder, and when you open the package, very fresh. It is probably a popular product that doesn't sit around much. I've used it in several recipes, and it is always an enhancement. I'm going to try a few new ideas, with some drinks like smoothies.

I'm a baker by trade for the past 30 years and I have tried almost all of the gluten free brands I can get my hands on. This is by far the best and my go to flour. I LOVE bread and since I cut back on my sugar intake, this makes me feel like I'm still cheating.
