Ok. This looks like this is a dark cocoa powder, and it is not. It's labelled really deceptively. This is actually a hot chocolate mix.
it's not a ground chocolate powder--the ingredient for which should only be cocoa powder and cocoa butter (especially if it is dark.
This has a whole slew of other ingredients, including a ton of sugar (and it isn't dark at all, more like a milk chocolate mix).
