I decided to try this in place of olive oil for my cooking needs, and buy a better grade of olive oil to use as a garnish or dressing. The taste is very mild, it doesn't smoke at all (at least at the temperatures I use it at), and from what I've read it's packed with antioxidants. On top of the health benefits, this lets you recover and re-use it several times without the taste going off. A winner all around.

I opened my bottle of oil, and the food nerd genie escaped and immediately possessed me. i'm too giddy. This oil is amazing. It's the trifecta of oils encompassing high smoke point, nutrition, amp; flavor. I accidentally discovered that rice oil also feels very nice on your skin amp; makes it quite supple. I find the price to be very reasonable compared with other brands of this product. Cooking with this oil is so fun amp; delicious. I can't praise it enough. The only negative to this oil is that I hadn't discovered it long ago when I was a kid.

I learned about rice bran oil in a restaurant after asking how the crispy brussels sprouts had been cooked. I've been very happy with it for cooking things at high heat and it doesn't have much of a taste that I've noticed so it's very versatile.

Bought a bottle to try and cooked some eggs with it. Eggs were fine but there's this really weird, almost chemical smell that's difficult to remove. Also your burp will smell like it. I don't recommend this.

This oil has no flavor profile, is good for you and has a higher flash point than olive oil so I can use it for baking and frying.
