Easy setup, no batteries required, simple landline phone for seniors that needs a visual aid (flashing ringing light) and large buttons. Less one star because I felt the ring volume and handset volume could have used another level of loudness since this phone is catered to seniors that will in most probability have some haring loss.

The person that will be using it has a problem finding who she wants to call. With the pictures she finds it very easy to with the pictures of the person she wants to call.

The product was in excellent condition upon arrival, and the product arrived in timely manner. The phone is loud enough for my mother to hear, and the numbers on the phone my mother could see them. excellent phone for the hearing and visually impaired.
