1) Store switch is ON (back of phone)2) 2nd switch is NORMAL3) Do NOT lift the handset4) Dial the you want to store (1area code IF needed)5) Press STORE button6) Press the Memorey Button or Picture Button you want to program7) Test8) Flip Store switch to OFF and the 2nd switch to One Touch.Hope this helps!

I ordered this phone for my sister who is legally blind. She can't read the numbers as they are too small. I have spent many, many hours looking for a phone with bigger buttons that she can read. They look so big when you order them.

We loved this product to put family photos in so our family member could call us . Unfortunately a lot of assisted living or memory care dont allow them because of the 911 feature . We hope they reconsider as an option .

With my mother having dementia, her brain doesn't function like it used to. Having the one-touch picture buttons is a game changer for her. Now she doesn't have to think through the process of making a phone call. All she has to do is hit one button and she calls a family member. Speaker phone is a major plus. The downfall of the speaker phone is when the call is over she will have to hit the flash button to hang up or the phone will remain off the hook even if the other party hangs up first. Overall I like the phone.

My mother has severe hearing loss and memory issues. Thus not only makes it was for her to call specific people but she can hear them without her hearing aid.

Bought this for my father who has vision challenges. It is easy for him to use. When I call him there's a bit of an echo, but that may be due to his phone line provider. Not sure how to troubleshoot this. He says the conversations are a little tinny but it seems fine when I tested it from his side.
