Mom is 94 years old. She is in the home and hard of seeing and hearing. This phone couldn't make it any easier for her. now when we call, she picks it up and hangs it up when done. Nothing else to remember. If she calls us, it has a one touch button for each name. Up to ten programed names. Love it.

Extremely easy to set up. No charging required. It was easy to program auto dial numbers. I only wish it announced the caller name, which her old phone did. Other than that it is great for an elderly person who is experiencing difficulty operating a phone.

Mom lost hand dexterity in her 90s with an injury. Now she call call all her children pressing one button, she can stay in touch with all 6 of us :-)Easy set up. I recommend this product.

This phone goes the extra effort to ensure elderly can make that important phone when necessary. Simply remove factory supplied pictures under the phones number pad and replace them with the appropriate contact pictures. To make a call simply push photo call and then the appropriate picture, that's all just 2 button call contact.

Mom with dementia, can not use a regular phone. She is able to use this phone without any problems and is very happy that she can contact people when she wants too. Very happy with this product.

Once I got the numbers programed, my dear elderly aunt could finally use the phone again. The simple 2 touch dialing made it possible for her to call family and friends again. The digital phone was just too much for her and she found this phone to be familiar and easy to use. It was a joy to have her calling me again and very comforting to know that just touching the 911 button would get her help in an emergency.
