Mission: To create programs for a healthy society development. The organization integrates the private sector community and government into development programs for puertorricans. Among them are: the museum rehabilitation of confined woman and psycho-educational services.

Programs: Program expenses consist primary in human resources that includes payroll for the administration of the museum, professional fees paid to the executive director running the organization and other professional services necessary to fully operate the programs.
