I've made quiche with this thing many times and have no complaints. It's totally non-stick (especially with shortcrust dough) and is easy to clean. I also like the slightly larger-than-standard size of 9.5 inches.

Exactly as advertised. It worked out great for my chocolate torte. I didn't have any problems with my shortbread crust sticking to the sides and I didn't grease/oil it either. The bottom pops out easily. It's easy to clean. I love it.

Used three of this to cook a tart and they were perfect. I washed them before the first use as per instructions. They are light but in the meantime sturdy. Perfectly nonstick pan. Just check well the sizing because there are not too big.
