Fit better and easier than stock rubber mount with studs on my 1966 Mustang with TKO transmission swap. It had just a touch lower overall height which I needed compared to the rubber mount. It comes with a plate that would have made it the same height, but I did not use that. I had several mods to make this larger Tremec 3550 trans fit the small Mustang chassis but ultimately this mount made the trans fit easier because the bolts go up into the mount instead of being included as studs like OEM, coming down onto the crossmember. It made installing the crossmember much easier. I chose the black mount.
