16 oz of whole peppercorns at the same price you would pay for a little spice bottle ( well $1 more), e.g., spice island, mccormacks, or whatever. I look at the prices in the stores these days and wonder if they all have a death wish. You know, support your local biz, but who can afford that these days? I am more than happy with this purchase. I fill my pepper mill and put the resealable bag in the fridge and peppercorns will stay fresh

Good quality pepper that grinds really well without clogging the blades. My only complaint is while the package is resealable, it makes pouring the peppercorns into the grinder a messy task sometimes.
