Programs: Our Suiting Program helps a woman look and feel her best to give her the confidence she needs to successfully begin a new career. Our Career Center offers assistance, professional skills training and resources to our clients to provide the support and education they need to excel in their career. Our Professional Women's Group (PWG) is an international networking association for clients who have recently entered the workforce to provide support, practical information and inspiration to help women achieve self-defined success in their career and in life. It is the first and only employment retention model that moves low-income women toward self-sufficiency by addressing their social and economic needs in relation to work, home and community. We also offer two outreach programs. We understand transportation can be a hurdle for our clients. We have a Mobile Career Center that offers the same services we provide here at our boutique, at community partner locations and events throughout the valley. We also have a Teen Workforce Initiative mobile unit that travels to schools throughout the valley, in collaboration with St. Joseph the Worker. This program is to help teens ages 16-24 enter the workforce through education and empowerment.
