Nicely packaged. The glass was wrapped in thick bubble wrap and was of good quality. The glass was a hair too big for the frame so I did not use it. My art fit like a glove without the glass and I do like the aesthetic of the whole look. I would purchase again.

Glass is too big to fit into frame opening. Unusable as is. Update - contacted manufacturer and they were very responsive. They asked a few questions but are sending a new frame. That should resolve the issue. Thanks!

I'm very pleased with this frame. It has it's 'roughness' about it as others have mentioned but I think it gives it character and actually the look I would expect from a barnyard type frame. I decided to attach a wire type hanging instead of using the two sawtooths provided as they seemed small for the 24x30 and also I do not like trying to get those kind hung evenly. I also opted not to use the plexiglass because we have a fan in the room and the glass reflected the fan onto the print. I think the print of the water color looks so much better without the glass anyway and it's not exposed to sunlight so it's fine. It would have been 4x as much to have it professionally framed because I could not find the right size frame in any stores and that was at 70 off ... just crazy expensive! I gave 4 stars because it seems the larger the frame, the less wide the actual frame is overall. I expected the recessed part to be wider ... I think it would look better on such a large picture especially if you opt to not add a mat.
