The team was so fantastic from help with design and layout to final ordering. They even sent me a picture of the first one to make sure it was just what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with Open Tip. The hats look even better in person. The stitching is perfect. I have handed out dozens of hats so far and not one has had an issue. I am getting ready to order more now.

No other had brand can fit as well as Richardson in my opinion. It sits just right between your head and ears where there isn't any discomfort, and comes in a cool variety of colors, although it could have more.

I use this hat for work and love it! It is light weight and comfortable. I usually buy one every year. The color starts to fad due to the sun light (not because of the material). Great hat for the price.
