This arrived with the band and mesh part all stretched out like someone with a head too big for the hat had been wearing it.

I have a big head, and the crown on this is still way too tall. It looks absurd.

the elastic band on the inside keeps folding out. almost like its an old hat. but its not dirty. or like the elastic is bigger than the hat itself. its taller than i would expect a sm/med to be. not comefortable.

I love this hat. This is the second one I have bought as I lost the first one after a few years. I didn't even look at different brands of hats as I loved my last one so much. The fits my head great and is cooler then other hats I have tried. When something happens to this hat I will replace it with the same hat again.
