Hats are of good quality, heavy cloth (not for keeping cool.). Stitching is very good. Only company I found which had a larger font for top row and allowed adequate letters on bottom row (almost) Detectives who have seen them in my office have asked for them and so I will have to re-order without the time crunch.

Very well constructed hat. Love the clip retaining system for size adjustments on the back. The writing is professional looking. I recommend this seller for custom ball cap needs.

The embroidery was pretty decent, but the two front panels on the hat were sewn on incorrectly. Those two seams are lumpy and stand out like a sore thumb. Cheap price. Cheaply built product.
