Stitching is thin and patchy. Cap is thick and extremely uncomfortable. Took forever and a day to arrive from China.

It was terrible hat made for Gold Star Family

Initially I wasn't pleased with the product but the company immediately sent a replacement that I'm very pleased to give as a gift.

Lettering spaced to far apart...hat fits loosely...it bunches up..

Why do so many - too many - baseball hat makers use metal clips in the back to size the hats, instead of plastic snaps or velcro? The clips form a sore spot on the back of your head if you wear them for an extended period. It's even worse if you stop to rest your head back against anything; then it presses in. I stopped buying hats with metal clips YEARS ago and will never buy another one again. In my opinion, the multiple plastic snaps work best. I'll buy velcro, too. I love the idea of customizable hats, but I'm done with metal clips. Sorry. Won't buy. 1 star.
