I ordered these to replace my old pliers. These Crescent pliers feel solid. The open and close easily, and move up and down to adjust the opening size with ease. The shape of the jaws and the adjustable size ensures that you'll get a good grip on a variety of sizes and shapes of nuts, bolts, cables, etc. And, I think they look good, too!

Good to see this company putting out decent hand tools again. Tamp;G pliers are notoriously difficult to do correctly and they have a decent product here at a fair price. Many of these style pliers are difficult to use, especially cheaper brands. This isn't the best out there by any means but I prefer Crescent over husky/kobalt brand tools. Strong set of pliers that has a good bite. Tamp;G pliers are useless if the tongue and groove are sloppy - luckily these have very little play between the tongue and groove.

perfect size to have kicking around the toolbox for 90 of repairs around the house that dont require specialy sized tools. grip feels great in hand, the lock on the bolt feels very good. the jaws shape do a fantastic job gettign a nice positive lock on nuts and bolts. overall a great good quality tool that will last years

This slip jaw set of pliers are very nicely made. I expect that from the Crescent brand. The slip jaw give me a WIDE range of sizes for different uses. The plastic dipped grips are very comfortable in my hand. I’ve only used these pliers on one project. I’m very pleased and I’d rather have a few versatile but well made tools than a big box of specific tools. This fits that model for me and why I’m giving these 5 stars. Excellent and I’m very pleased.

Crescent is a well known brand for a reason. They are known for making a quality tool, and these are no exception. They're a standard channel-lock type pliers. They've got a "V" jaw on them for grabbing hex bolts. Overall the fit and finish here is great. The tool works smoothly just like you'd expect. There's nothing standout here, but as it's a time tested design, there's also no major negative surprises.

Used these pliers to install the water hoses on a new washing machine I purchased. They're a step up from my old pair and work nicely. It is able to grip firmly.

I ordered these to replace my old pliers. These Crescent pliers feel solid. The open and close easily, and move up and down to adjust the opening size with ease. The shape of the jaws and the adjustable size ensures that you'll get a good grip on a variety of sizes and shapes of nuts, bolts, cables, etc. And, I think they look good, too!
